I've got videos of full-length flows (from 40 to 85 minutes), yoga-at-your-desk moves, and even some restorative yoga videos to try before bed...with links to recommended music playlists so you don't have to practice in silence (unless you want to :) ). Yoga can fit into your day if you have easily-accessible options - and the library makes it so that everything is ready for you, right in one place.

I'm still finding ways to make movement fun, so come with me & let's find some moments of joy, as well as time to pause, reflect, and refill our wells - of hope, of empathy, of all that you need to keep going.

Hi there, I’m Emily Star

Since 2011, I've taught yoga in studios, schools, shelters, workplaces, the living rooms of my one on one students, and now...on the internet & from my cozy apartment to wherever you are! We can meet one on one live over zoom or you can join me anytime in my library, where I'm adding full classes and mini-practices each week.
